I have a couch in the living room. I also have my children's room, if they are not at home. My room is also big and you can also put an extra mattress on the floor to enjoy the air conditioning on hot days, if you prefer. My house have a side yard and a garden in the front. I live close to a huge mall, to the train and bus station.
