Learn and grow; discover the world and the humankind; contribute to the lives of others, stay true to myself, be satisfied with my life and who I am; love, give, make a change.
Head in the sky, feet on the ground; idealist; love having conversations on time-consuming topics; try to live out every moment of my life - to really be conscious of the world around me all the time; get a decent satisfaction in my day to day life and yet find myself wondering about new possibilities, new places, new people, the things I haven't done yet, seen yet, thought of, understood yet. And absolutely love those moments when something or someone helps me realize how limited my reasoning and my experience really are (after the pain of what's lost fades away). I enjoy people who are true to themselves, good humans, all the rest doesn't matter to me. You can be a wild party animal, a shy romantic philosopher, super ambitious I wanna change the world entrepreneur or laid-back, carpe diem, love is my religion kind of a person - I'm sure we'll get along.
If u r in CS for the same reason i am, you have read my profile and will write me because u feel we might connect, not because you are looking for a free hostel or using it as a dating platform.
I love loving, disapprove of hating, spend far too much time daydreaming, my dream: to stay true to myself, do what i want and be where i want, spend my life having a 'satisfied mind' as Jeff Buckley used to sing, make someone's life happier, learn as much as I can, have a work that is relevant and gives satisfaction, die peacefully with a smile on my face.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I had first joined hospitality club (ages ago) and eventually transferred to CS once it was developed. It's a great tool which can (provided you use it wisely) enable you to get some unique experience, immerse yourself in culture of the places you visit and meet people you wouldn't be able to meet otherwise.
First of all travelling (which is different to 'touristing'), exploring other cultures; visiting distant places; observing the world; conversations with interesting people on time-consuming topics, cinema (documentaries!!!); good food; coffee; chocolate; nature; hikes; chocolate; surifng; chocolate hahaha; I guess all life is my hobby, with all the good aspects and the bad ones; I absolutely love finding myself in new, exotic places, surrounded by people who share their passions with me, their stories; I love (sadly sometimes forget how to do it) to let life guide me and surprise, prove me wrong about all kinds of simplifications I make; At the same time i have a little obsession about my home town, can watch the same old photos, listen to my Granny's old stories over and over again; get a bike, a camera, good music and rediscover the streets of my small town, see all its corners in yet new light.
