Very little. I've hosted 2 or so people over the past few years, but looking to meet more travels as I recently moved into a new 1-bedroom place all to myself.

Movies, concerts, theatre, local news. Live right by the El and the beach so laying out and going for walks is nice when the weather's agreeable.
