ABOUT ME

Difficult to describe oneself, especially for swedes who are so reservated ;) I would like to see myself as not that reserveted, I have a strong integrity though (beeing half-french and all;) but also a self-distance wich means that I can easily laugh at myself. I would say that I am easy-going, responsive and rather giving. I`m a vegetarian since shildhood (though I do not mind hosting carnivores). I´m a feminist, the word being debated in Sweden, I believe in equal rights and salary in comparison to the labour put down, for all people. I would say that I am gender-aware (a direct translation from swedish, hope you all get what I mean) being what is defined as hetero, LGBT-questions are still close at heart!
I am also an atheist and I must admit that strong religious believes do scare me, but hey we are here to share and as you can see I myself have strong believes so we might not be so different after all!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just moved to a new apartment and have to find two co-renters, but as soon as I have found them and they have agreed on having couch-surfers over I will be happy to lend you my...hold your breath...sofa-bed! I live in a three-room apartment, 15 minutes from the city center by subway, in a green area close to a small harbour where one can, take strolls along the shore, have barbecues on the cliffs and take a swim (though the season is almost over in this hemisphere ;)

Interests

I´m very interested in different cultures, wich is obviously why I became a member of this comunity. Other than that theatre is a great interest of mine, I´ve been acting a great deal myself through the years. My favorit type of time-killing-activity is watching programs on tv or reading storys about nature, animals and such, worldwide. It makes me travel from the couch ;). I am currently studying law and though it was a bit of a gamble I am becoming more and more interested about those structures that overrules the world, especially human rights and environmental law. I also have a singing background from school and I wish to start playing the accordion again, wich I played for ten years. Meeting new people, listening to others, is really enjoyable to me.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don´t read anything in particular apart from the literature at university, news, interesting storys on the internet... As for music, I have no special taste, I enjoy music from all over the world, preferably with touches of their own folkmusic, jazz...you name it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I must say, without wanting to brag, that acting professionally in front of the camera has been a blessing in many ways. Along with the kicks I get beeing exposed to a stunning landscape, such as the views from the sugerloaf in Rio de Janeiro, nothing is more amazing!

Clearly I can contribute to your french and sweedish knowledge. I would like to improve my english, learn spanish, foreign customs... Everything can be shared so let´s see what you have in stall for me!
