An enthusiastic out going traveller Who loves an adventure. Moved to Copenhagen in April for a year to gain more knowledge about the food and wine industry in the hope of soon opening up my own restaurant. I will be travelling around Europe trying gain knowledge about how the other cultures eat and how the restaurant scene succeeds in other countries
