My name is Tra My. I am a 19 years old girl who comes from Hanoi, Vietnam, but is living in Mikkeli, Finland. I am currently a freshman at Aalto University, School of Business. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As I said, I love travel (and I also travel as much as possible), and that is why I would love to make new friends on my journeys. I consider the best way to explore a city is listening to the local people talking about it 🤗

Interests

I love travelling. Although I've only travelled to Asia countries (mostly), I'd love to have an opportunity to visit other countries around the globe too. I find it interesting to learn about different culturals all over the world and to make new friends from different places. I love wandering in strange places and learn new things on the way.

Photography is also one of the things I like - the pictures I have taken are mostly about the places I have been, the foods I ate, and the people around me.

And I am a cat lover! I have two cats in my home in Vietnam. They are two years old now and they sleep most of the time 😁😁😁

Music, Movies, and Books

I watch a lot of movies, but my favourite genre is action and romance :) My latest favorite TV series are Supernatural (yes, I know it is an old one but well, better be late than never 😂) and Prison Break - actually I have just finished watching them recently.

Like other people in my generation, music is also part of my life 😁 I listen to various music types, but my favorite one is acoustic. I also enjoy listening to Jason Mraz, Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, and some Vietnamese singers.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The latest amazing (and craziest 😂) thing I have done is jumping into a lake in Mikkeli without thinking anything 😁

My apartment in Mikkeli is quite small so I am afraid I can't provide any accommodation, but I can certainly offer you a place to stay in my own home in Hanoi, Vietnam :)
