When needing to travel outside of my domain it would be nice to find out about anothers' domain. And to keep the cost down for more adventures.

Interests

Love yoga, health and wellness. Constantly learning more anatomy and about our amazing bodies. I do artistic things like spinning my own yarn, watercolors, calligraphy, enjoy writing, biking, hiking anything outdoors, including photography.

Music, Movies, and Books

Love a wide range of music from Chopan to Raggae. Pachabele's Cannon in Dmaj, Adele, Amy Winehouse, The Winterlings, Jason Maraz just a few. Helter skelter on books and movies...Ishmael by Daniel Quinn; Stations of Solitude by Alice Kohler; Eat, Pray, Love. When time I watch a movie on amazonPrime. I do not have a TV, usually to busy and the internet offers a lot.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Refinishing my Ukulele, and it is beautiful. I put together a terra cotta heater that emits wonderful heat and from 1 tea candle!

Teach, Learn, Share

I teach yoga in corporate settings and love, love teaching. Love learning everything new...so much available online and youtube, TedTalks. Mostly engaging in conversation with others thoughts and ideas. What are the big questions? What is the glue that brings people together in harmony and workability.
