I've always loved travelling and I've had the occasion to visit many places: Europe, North Africa, Middle-East, North America and now Asia.
Passionate about culture and sharing experiences, I consider travelling more for the humane experience than for the sightseeing aspect of it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Curious and passionate, I'm always happy to meet new people. I believe couchsurfing is a good help for making new friends and knowing more about the place when travelling.
I crossed the US a couple of years ago and couchsurfed in Albuquerque and Nashville. It was a really great experience, that I'd be happy to renew now - either as a host or as a surfer!
And I just like the idea of sharing for the sake of it!

Interests

Literature, history, cities... I love wandering in cities with my camera and catching the hidden moods of places and their people.
I also really enjoy simple things of life, such as having discussions with people - friends or strangers - about life, history, politics, arts; cooking and sharing good meals around one (or more) bottle of wine; visiting museums...

My music tastes are quite eclectic, ranging from electronic music to opera, jazz, rock.
I'd say for books: Simone de Beauvoir's, Modiano's...
I love independent cinema. Latest movies I enjoyed were for example "The salt of the earth" and "Whiplash".
