ABOUT ME

I feel like I have discovered the meaning of what it is to be reborn. After you have everything you THINK you ever desired ... and lose it... then what? Then you have the greatest opportunity, which may have never occurred to you otherwise.. You have a choice to make. I chose to LIVE. I want to enhance my life and others' by creating new experiences to add to my new life. I am convinced that who I truly am is yet to be discovered and I'm not afraid to go there anymore. Here I come, Life.

PHILOSOPHY

Simplify. It doesn't have to be so complicated. I go through my stuff every year & throw away or donate stuff I haven't used, keeping a few rubbermaid bins of nostalgia. It's healthy... and as I get rid of the old things, old thoughts and feelings come up and out... getting rid of the stagnant energy as well. On to the next day in my Life. Goodbye Bag Lady.

Reading, reflecting, writing, encouraging, teaching, dancing, singing, laughing, learning, relating, people, weird teeth (I'm in love with Gotye's teeth), yoga, walking, watching my cat and dog wrestle, silence, people watching, organized chaos, my mom's meatloaf, chili, spaghetti, and chipped beef on toast.
