ABOUT ME

travelling helps me learn more about the world in which i live, but also about myself.
i visit islands. i was born on an island.
the times in my life where i have felt the most ALIVE have been the few weeks i've spent closest to the equator. my body likes to be near the ocean eating fresh foods and walking walking walking.

recently begun eating fish and eggs.
still dont do dairy...sometimes icecream though.
i have visible tattoos.
love making soup.

i have studied shaitsu and barefoot shiatsu, reiki, pranic healing, accupressure, jin shin, nutrition, crystal healing and am also a certified iridologist.
i love cooking and sharing meals with anyone who will partake. paul pitchfords healing with whole foods is my bible and from this work of art i began my lessons in principles of chinese medicine as well.
i will share whatever i can whenever it is that you are in need...or at least will try.
