This may be the weirdest thing I have ever done. Here I go (I feel like I'm on match.com or something)

Okay : I'm 18 years old, born and raised in Brussels, Belgium.

I have a little brother who's 14. My parents have been divorced for many years, so I grew up in two completely different environments as my mom is this full-of-life, funny, alive person, always surrounded by friends and family and my dad is more of a 'loner', a calm, zen, happy man.

So I'm basically the 50/50 product of both of 'em.
I'm described by my friends as a funny, joyful, interesting gal, always down for a good time. I'd describe myself as such, but I would add that I can also be a pretty calm individual, sometimes in her own bubble.

Hoping to meet incredible persons on my journey :)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I finished my senior year in June 2015.
September 2015, I got myself in med school (how, don't even know) and realized after a short time that it wasn't the best idea for me. Not at this time.

So I kind of took a 'forced' gap year that will in the end, I hope, help me figure out what I'll do next year.

So here I am. I managed to find myself a job, to buy a plane ticket for the US and to plan to travel the country from Miami to San Francisco.

Not one amazing thing I've done, but THE amazing-est thing I've ever done : this. Just going with the flow, as the broke-just-turned-18 girl I am.
