One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

SO MANY things!
I just returned home from 3 months of traveling/work exchange on the West Coast of Canada and the East Coast of the US. I spent many hours biking by the ocean, tried surfing for the first time, met amazing people, sang at my first open mic night and lived with an incredible chef on a little piece of paradise in Maine, USA.

I'd enjoy sharing the knowledge and experience I've acquired studying ways to reconnect with the natural world in a way that supports health and vitality.
I'd also love to offer my ears and heart as a safe, supportive, non-judgemental space, to listen to anything that weighs heavy on your heart.
