Hi amazing people of CS!

👩‍❤️‍👨 🇮🇹 We are Nadja (30) and Massimiliano (33), in 2022 we decided to quit our jobs and follow our dreams, so on December we left Italy and spent the full 2023 traveling around South America.

We began our trip in 🇨🇺Cuba, then we took a flight to the colorful 🇨🇴Colombia and by bus and hitchhiking we reached 🇦🇷Ushuaia, called "the end of the world".
Then we went back crossing the endless 🇧🇷Brasil. Our last country was 🇻🇪Venezuela, with its beautiful beaches.🪇🎉

After all this, we went back to celebrating Christmas with our families, but the call of the world was too strong.
So in April we took a new flight, this time towards Asia!

We landed in 🇻🇳Vietnam, which we crossed from south to north, then a new flight took us to Beijing in 🇨🇳China and from there, we crossed this immense country with several trains until we arrived in 🇱🇦Laos and then again by train we arrived in 🇹🇭Thailand .
We spent more than a month here, out of the 4 of our trip, before returning to Italy.

What was the best thing?
People.
We loved the places but people gave us love, help, kindness and good vibes. We will never forget it! ❣️

That experience was amazing and really changed and opened our minds.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

🇬🇧We left our jobs in december 2022 to go around south america as backpackers. We can't wait to meet new people and visit new places also in Asia.
When we signed up on Couchsurfing, we thought that it was useful but after 1 year traveling, we think that it's amazing!

Interests

🇬🇧 We like learning new things, taking the challenge, travelling and meeting new people (and sweet pets!). Get in contact with other cultures and do new jobs are amazing too.

🇬🇧 we love cooking and also eating, we could teach how to cook some Italian dishes.
Food is not the only thing that we are interested in, it would be amazing to share our history and culture too.
