ABOUT ME

I am an openminded person who loves dancing, reading, swimming, traveling and hanging out with friends. I studied social sciences in Cologne and work now as a German teacher and besides I teach yoga. I love languages. But if i had to choose, french is my first love.
After my graduation i spent 6 months in West-Africa, in Togo, where i learned to love the african french accent wich makes me smile and feel good every time i have the chance to listen to it.
Cologne is my chosen home and favourite town in Germany for now. But not forever i guess. I am still curious to explore other places, near or far away and get to know diffrent kind of people, culture and mentality.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is a great opportunity to get in touch with different kind of people all over the world. One time it´s you who makes a present by hosting someone and the next time you are the one enjoying the gift of being hosted. I simply like the idea behind it.
Besides you get a closer impression of the city or country you are visiting when you´re staying with a local instead of being in a hostel or in a guesthouse.

I love very different styles of music: folk, gipsy-music, reggea, hip-hop, singer and songwriter, instrumental music like Hindi Zahra, Buena Vista Social Club, Herr von Grau, René Aubry, Lahsa de Sela, La BrassBanda, Sophie Hunger, Nasser Shamma, Jaques Brel, Billy Holiday, Leonhard Coen, 17 Hippies, Miriam Makeba, Rokia Traoré, Toto la Momposina, Fat Freddy´s Drop, Pupkulies & Rebekka and more!

I am open-minded and curious. I am a smooth person and a good listener. I can share my way of looking and doing things. When i have the time i can show you this beautiful city and give you some advice where to see some nice corners of the city. I share my home and my coffee times with you and hopefully you tell me more about you and your journey.
