CURRENT MISSION

I'm looking for nice and exciting places with friendly people, good food, beautiful landscapes, cozy towns, new experiences. Sometimes I have to leave my city and my country, to my mind not to feel cramped. I love Scandinavia and I'm very interested in the Balkans. I like the deserted places where you can avoid the crowds.

ABOUT ME

I'm 29 now, living in a quiet, small but really beautiful city in the Danube Bend, in Hungary. I was born here, but I spent almost 10 years away before I moved back home.
I have a dog, Koba, really adorable and playful. - Only bad part of the travels that I have to leave him at home.

I graduated university (faculty of arts), but now I have just an easy job in a museum with quite low salary, that's why I can't buy an air ticket in every month. So when I choose a new destination, i's always very special for me for some reason.
Besides, I volunteer at a civil foundation too, where cultural events are organized (mainly film and literary programs are my part).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm very curious about the experiences of others: where they've been, what they have seen, learn, ate, what do they recommend to other travelers?
Sometimes I'm hosting people, and I feel like I'm traveling a little bit with them... - it's just simply exciting to meet and listen them! :)

Interests

The arts are very close to me. I read a lot, mostly contemporary works of literature. I'm attracted to nature, I love the water and the mountains, flora and fauna.
I also care about science and social issues like environmental protection, human rights, etc.

I don't want to leave here a list with authors and titles of books, because it would be boring... but I can tell you, it's pretty sure, that next year I'll be tattooed with Simone de Beauvoir's profile on my arm.
