I've hosted a few couchsurfers and had a fanstastic experience each time. It's nice to meet people from all around the world without needing to travel.

When traveling, I love meeting locals and couchsurfing has been a great way to do that.

Seeing the number of stars while I was hiking the Incan Trail to Machu Picchu was one of the most amazing things I've ever experienced. I explored the ruins off the main trail with just my dad and it was unbelievable to be the only two people in an ancient abandoned city on the side of the mountain.
