About Me
I'm a 35 year old Basque on the road at the moment, although my home, friends and heart is in Liverpool.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I was on Couchsurfing almost 15 years ago, when the website did not look as fancy as now, and I have decided to come back at the moment as I am on the road again.

Music, Movies, and Books
Sorry I can't help with names. I dance LOAdS. I appreciate all kinds of music and fortunately I have always surrounded myself with people who have a damn good (a varied!) taste for music that has rubbed on me: from old school hip hop Jurassic 5, De la Soul or Cypress Hill, the classics such as The Clash, eternal Buddy Holly, Fleetwood Mac, Nick Drake, Ray Charles or the groovy soulful Curtis Mayfield, Al Green or Bill Withers. The list is endless, maybe gendre-wise could sum up with: old schoolHip Hop, Funk & Soul, 20s/30s Swing music and my darkest secret of 90s cheese. On a Brazilian music journey at the moment.
Eternal Sunshine of the spotless mind, Life aquatic, Rushmore, The Royal Tennebaums (any Wes Anderson movie actually), The Deep Blue, Leon, Smoke....these really must be films that made a real impression on me as I am useless remembering titles even though I am film addict! But yes, I can watch the same movie over and over again and it's as if I never saw it before. Call it a talent, call it a curse.
BOOKS everywhere is my motto.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hard to say myself.....
....been to Everest Base Camp.
....spent time with the only indigenous peoples in Pernambuco, that kept their language alive in the whole northeast of Brazil (as a language nerd I find that amazing!)
.... changed career a couple of times in order to keep living my life the way I want it despite the comfort of the jobs I had. I think that's amazing.
Teach, Learn, Share
2004 I moved to Germany and I discovered how these 3 words together can be the base of all relationships. Ever since, my life has been improved only thanks to TEACHING others, LEARNING from others, but mainly SHARING. In my head, life is a collection of shared experiences that teaches us to live a happy life where learning is never over.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Looooong conversations and plenty of smiles! I swear, that will definitely happen.
