I'm Naim, I am a humanitarian worker and therefore I travel constantly. I am based in Ankara/Türkiye but currently on a short term assignment to Kabul, if you are here let's catch up :). I'm learning about the city and making new friends as I go. My wonderful friend suggested, and I just joined Couchsurfing, and it is superb, it''s a new experience, I loved it and can't wait to host people once I'm settled in my place.

I love learning about cultures, trying local food/deserts and I love to learn new languages and speak to people with their own language :). I enjoy listening to people speak languages and hope to become more efficient in some. I'm always willing to learn new things or experience a new way of life. Although sometimes I may appear shy, I'm not, I just like to watch people first and see what they do and how they act, body language is great for sharing yourself. I believe in the power of communication which inspires people to connect and get in touch with new people and make new friends.

I love watching movies, especially Bollywood :), also I enjoy watching gripping, exciting series where you can feel yourself as a part of it. Such as La Casa de Papel, Breaking Bad, Squid Game.. you can suggest more to watch, maybe together :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to immerse myself in a new culture, make connections with like-minded individuals, to meet new people and make friends, to experience local culture and customs, and to gain a deeper understanding of the places visited.
