About Me

Romantic, spirited, spomtaneous, curious and nerdy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been twice hosted by people over here and those were great experiences! It is really a unique occasion to spend a few days with a stranger which if it was not for this arrangement they might have been no chance of such a connection. I believe people need to meet and befriend people out of their social circle and I think this is a great chance to let that happen!

Music, Movies, and Books

Muse, Coldplay, Sufjan Stevens, Sigur Rós to name a few. I also like mny types of folk music.

My favourite movie is American Beauty and Blue by Kieslowski. I am mostly into indie and European movies and I love to watch and discuss movie experience with people.

"A Group Portrait with Lady" by Böll and "Tunnel" by Sabato. The former probably one of the most influential books on my character which I read during my junior year at college.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The walk of silence with hundreds of thousands of Iranians in Freedom street in Tehran.

Teach, Learn, Share

Very pasisonate about Math and CS, and I speak Turkish and Persian fluently. Of course I am also open to let you know about our Iranian and Turkish culture. That being said, I believe most of the people get to the point in their lives that they have a message to pass on to the others. I see couchsurfing as a great chance to learn this message from anybody who I get to know here.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Persian music and maybe delicates! :)
