I am normal, easy-going girl, who doesn't really schedule her life so much. Currently, I study for Ph.D. degree in plasma physics - it is quite fun:)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My exroommate had a CS profile for a while and we hosted a few people in our previous place. I have also experienced surfing during our way to Morocco. These experiences were so great, that I decided to have my own profile - so here I am :)

Update: I am here for many years now, I have surfed and hosted several times and I always have had only positive impressions:)

Interests

Traveling is probably what I currently enjoy the most. When I was younger, I mostly traveled around Europe with my family, but as I grow older and more independent, I am getting to know all the beautiful parts of the world, with their nature, culture, history and YOU-the people:) I am not afraid of the world, as I believe that there is a good everywhere - and I am lucky enough to find it every time:)

Music, Movies, and Books

I prefer older pop and rock music, I don't really like modern music :(

In books and movies, fantasy and sci-fi are my favorites. (Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, Terry Pratchett, Babylon 5, The name of the wind...)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Mountains in Norway, dunes in Morroco, elephants in Thailand, ruins in Mexico...

What I Can Share with Hosts

If I am not busy (or just too lazy), I can show you the city center - not that the guide is needed (and I don't know much about history...). I like playing boardgames, so if you seek just quiet evening, we can definitely play some. I can probably take you out to meet with my friends, but do not expect any wild party - I prefer smaller group of people and some nice conversation at non-smoking place where one can hear another, but I will definitely not say NO to a glass of wine:)
