Hey there! My name is Nanci and I’m originally from the east coast, USA. I lived in New York City for seven years, spent a year in S. Korea teaching English, and now I’ve found myself living in Las Vegas with my husband Mark. I'm passionate about coffee, reading, and going on runs with my puppy. I love everything sports and spend as much time as possible outdoors; whether it's on the field, in the ocean, or hiking up a mountain. Exercise and good conversation fuel my passion to live and explore!

I joined CS right before my month long backpacking trip around Australia. I had the most unforgettable/heartwarming/humbling experiences that made me have a little more faith in the world — all through the people I met on this site. From crashing on couches to BBQ’s and road trips, my trip in Aus would not have been nearly the same without this platform. Incredibly grateful and can’t wait to give back to fellow travelers now that I have a permanent address again.

I am incredibly clean and love to cook. My mom is a chef so by sheer osmosis, I have inherited some skills. I love animals as well and can help walk dogs if needed. I travel light and respect spaces as if they were my own. Sharing stories is my favorite part of meeting new people.
