Music - most things that are not heavy metal. Raye, Halsey, Rag n Bone man, Snow Patrol, Greenday

Books - I read to relax, so it's often lighthearted, but otherwise, it's self development related

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Landing at a small regional airport where no one spoke my language, with a fever from my last country, in the 35dC heat, without a working phone, only to find myself in the middle of an all male 500+ political rally

Take baby steps. Appreciate differences. Be kind. Try, if at first you don't succeed, try again.

What is a minor thing for you will be a major step for someone else. Respect that.

Never let being scared of the unknown stop you from doing it. You will conquer the fear. If anyone tells you you can't, ignore them, you can. It might be difficult, but you can find a way.
