I love to laugh and am always up for an adventure (especially if it involves getting outdoors). I like hiking, backpacking, and traveling by bike.

I am from California but currently living in Oaxaca, México. I am a dual citizen and speak English and Spanish fluently. I can also speak Portuguese (but haven’t practiced in a good while 😅) .

One of my goals is to live in Berlin (for a season or two ) so I am slowly making my way towards learning German.

I don’t really watch movies (I get way too restless and would rather read the plot summary on Wikipedia)— but I was recently persuaded to watch the Lord of the Rings trilogy and was absolutely SHOOKETH.

I like reading books about anything interesting, mostly non-fiction these days. I don’t know if I am ready to claim a favorite book or author but I love the book Wild by Cheryl Strayed (and I absolutely love the way she writes). A book I am currently reading (and would recommend) is Napoleon’s Buttons.

I like listening to indie folk and indie rock.
