Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to participate in offering a place for travellers and also spend time at others' homes.
I can show some places and/or provide with information.
Also I hope for some fun, getting to know new people and other cultures.

My first guests were a nice experience, and I am looking forward to the next ones ...

Interests

sports (especially football and badminton), cinema, theatre, reading, diving, photographing, going out, travelling..

there are loads of interests and I am always open to check things I haven't met yet or don't know a lot about, so if you are here for something special, an event for example, let me know and maybe I join you...

Music, Movies, and Books

Uhm, that's quite a lot.

I love movies and have dozends at home. Last movie that really impressed me was "Into the wild".
What I do NOT like is tv. I've got two at home, but only use them for watching movies via dvd or for watching football. So I can't really talk about stuff that's going on on tv.

My taste of music is not really specified, I listen to nearly every kind of music, from classical stuff to hardcore, from punk to techno... depends on my mood. Bands I really love listening to: Muse, Keane, Coldplay, Ohrbooten.

Books: Very different also. Kind of "high class literature" like Goethe and Hesse, but also "normal" stuff. I've got loads of books and can't name a favourite one. If I had to... maybe "Shantaram".

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

London... nothing special there, just London itself....
and even more: India! Sleeping a night on a beach there.... together with other backpackers, when we arrived in Gokarna in the middle of the night by sleeper bus.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to see and experience. I want to travel around and get to know other cultures. I would also show some cultural and historical stuff from my home to visitors.
