About Me

Thank you for reaching out to us!
We're currently experiencing a high volume of requests so we may not be able to respond to all of them.
Thank you for your understanding.

Please read our profile before making a request.
We only accept requests from those who have read it.

We accept guests for stays of two nights or more.
This allows us to have enough communication and understand the area better.

■About us
We live in Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture, and had our first girl in 2019. This allows you to experience the local lifestyle of a young Japanese family. We have open minds and are always eager to learn and think innovatively.

Naoko is 33 years old and work as Business Designer. Yutaro is 34 years old and work as IT engineer.

Naoko loves interior design, aromatherapy, cooking simple and healthy sweets, and keeping the room tidy, while Yutaro enjoys drinking (especially Scotch whiskey and cocktails), cooking, and programming.

■About Room
Our flat is located just a 15-minute walk from the nearest station (Matsumoto Station)

Guest room is private and single bed.
We do not smoke and kindly ask that you refrain from smoking as well.
Please see `MY HOME` for details.

■About Fee
Stay Free!
*in the winter, there may be a request for contributions towards heating expenses.

■About communication
We aim for a collaborative relationship to fulfill each other's purposes, especially in cultural exchange. What are you seeking in this cultural exchange?

We share a Japanese-style breakfast (rice and Asian side dishes) with our guests, offered almost every day, but it's not mandatory. Some guests prefer to prepare their own meals like baking bread or making coffee or tea.

Dinner arrangements vary based on schedules; sometimes, we dine together at home, and other times we explore nearby restaurants. Guests are also welcome to cook their local dishes!

We frequently engage in discussions about Japanese culture, history, and daily life. Additionally, we often share our knowledge of Japanese cooking and language.

■Request matter
My Child are learning in English and Global culture. But now she cannot speak in English. So she feels sad and lonely when we and guests talk in English. We are trying for her to build good communication.

For her positive communication , please give a souvenir for kids which is from your country or things that make you feel the characteristics of your country.

■For your Message
We love to meet new people from around the world!

We take really `Why you're using couch surfing ` and your profile(such as accuracy, personality. No reference is OK) .We don't accept those who think just only CS as the free accommodation.

As a secret word, say "Happy-travel" at the beginning of your request.

Thank you for reading to the end.
We look forward to sending a request from you!
