About Me
Love a good conversation, polite and considerate house guest and keen to make friends and meet new people while travelling. I'm probably a lot more fun and interesting than I'm able to convey when put on the spot to write a profile like this. I hope so anyway!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Currently travelling in the UK and Europe, hoping to see some cool things be they natural or manmade wonders, meet some fellow creative types (photographers please show me how to use my camera better!), see some local music (punk, indie, metal, basically anything), fun bars/venues, explore art galleries, markets and good food, and see the places I visit from the perspective of a local resident :)
Oh and if you know of any good charity shops/thrift stores/flea markets please do point me in their direction. They are my addiction <3

Music, Movies, and Books
Shoegaze, Post Punk, Ambient Electronica, Hip Hop, basically anything that's got a soul and isn't too contrived. But I also love Madonna so *shrug* :)
Love Jim Jarmusch, The Cohen Brothers, Godard, again, anything that's got a soul to it or helps me question or think about the world in a cool way.
Books wise my favourites of all time are Erica Jong, Terry Pratchett, Iain M Banks and Michel Houellebecq.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once swung my stick so hard at a hockey ball, and missed so badly that the momentum of the swing and its follow-through motion caused me to fall flat on my back. *Purely from my own momentum and clumsiness*. It was also when I was taking a very important free hit and in front of a small but full stadium of spectators.
I think that's amazing. Sporting goddess I am not. But I give things a red hot go regardless, as this story illustrates.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am keen to learn about basically everything from others because I'm unendingly curious about the world :) I would love to see your favourite places where you live.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share some remedial massage skills and knowledge, fun and useless facts, wisdom that I've gained through adversity, really terrible puns, home cooked meals that aren't terrible and all around good conversation!
Countries I’ve Visited
England, Indonesia
Countries I’ve Lived In
