I'm currently a student at Barnard College at Columbia University studying Political Science and Human Rights. I'm interested in public interest/NGO work and hope to pursue a career in policy one day.
But for now, I'm an avid podcast listener & Mad Men enthusiast, that spends most of her time consuming double shot almond milk lattes (in case you were wondering) and studying in the library.

Although I'm a California native (I grew up in the Bay Area) I never had the chance to take a road trip and explore all the wonderful places around California. I'm hoping to take a road trip starting around Yosemite and ending in San Diego with two or three of my friends this summer (May 16-23rd). In order to experience true Californian rawness, staying with locals would provide a great opportunity to bond with new people, learn about their own lives, and get some great travel/food recommendations.
