ABOUT ME
practicer of non-judgement, ego acceptance/transcendance, meditation. understanding that the world is a mirror. being honest with myself, objective observation. being a witness to the miracle of life. being with what is.
i don't have the money to verify myself currently, i have't used this site much, but if you're on facebook, here's my search name: Nariah Faith
!!!!and you can also message me for my phone number.
PHILOSOPHY
simplicity. this moment. allowing the moment to be, even if it means allowing the resistance to be.
(resisting resistance is another layer of resistance)
for example: "I am unhappy about being unhappy, I should not be unhappy."
instead, if you were to accept that you feel unhappy, you peel the extra layer of resistance, and acceptance is peace, so feeding peace to unhappiness will eventually dissolve it.
the same example can be applied to any form of resistance- unhappiness/fear/depression/anxiety/anger

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
There are many, but I'll share one that happened recently when I was backpacking in Asheville, NC. I was walking with this very funny homeless man until we parted ways when he said he was going to go steal a fern off of someones' porch. A few minutes later I was standing on a street corner trying to use my smartphone GPS. I look up and there he is with his big giant fern. He claims he has to pee and just nonchalantly holds the fern in front of himself as he pees on the street corner with a relatively decent amount of traffic. It was a hilarious, blissful moment. The sunny morning and mountainous background view contributed to the bliss of it. I laughed so hard I drooled.
