ABOUT ME

I am a very outgoing person, thirsty to get to know the world and as many cultures as I can. I am new to the CouchSurfing community. I am looking to start testing these network water very soon. I love traveling and recently graduated from college so I hope with some time and money that I can start traveling more often. I am a an open-minded individual, proud of my Mexican roots, passionate about politics/organizing/activism, and overall I love to meet different kinds of people.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Climbing the Mayan ruins of Tikal in Guatemala is among the most fascinating experiences I have ever had. Aside from the fact I had the chance to explore a 3,000 year old city, I could not believe the views of the jungle from the top of the highest pyramid.

I am a big city person. As much as I appreciate the feel and culture of small cities, I can never shake off the excitement of being in a huge city with an endless amount of things to get to know. From the time I spent in Mexico City, I can still clearly remember the experience I had visiting la Casa Azul de Frida Kahlo, seeing Diego Rivera's artwork in el Palacio Nacional and traveling via the hectic Metro.

As much as I've had the opportunity to travel, I am still deeply in love with my homestate of California. For anyone who hasn't had the opportunity to travel the Golden State, I highly recommend driving up highway 1 and if possible spending time in Big Sur. To date it is the most beautiful stretch of coast I have had the chance to see.
