About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Trying to live life without a mission.
ABOUT ME
I am currently in medical school in Chicago, which, unfortunately, takes up the vast majority of my time. That said, I try to make time to cook, bake, drink, and play games with my ~19 wonderful housemates, living in a co-op in Hyde Park.I love traveling (obviously) and feel desperate knowing how little free time I will have in future years to do so (if you have suggestions for where to go in that precious time, please, tell me!). Of course, like most people, my love of traveling has to do with meeting new people, experiencing new cultures, and tasting new food (I really love food), but I think most of all, I like that traveling bring me outside of myself, to places I could never foresee.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorites movies are diverse: I Heart Huckabees, Sin City, Pi, Let the Right One In, Summer Hours. My all-time favorite bands include Neutral Milk Hotel, Belle and Sebastian, and Modest Mouse, but right now I am listening more of the The Black Keys and Tune Yardz. My favorite writers include Kundera, Kafka, Borges, and Bolano.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Climbing some 500 steps up to the top of a tiny Hindu temple perched on the top of a mountain, in a tiny village in India. I was walking in the clouds.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to make some good Indian food, stuff you don't get in restaurants.
