To learn as much as I can about as many things and people and places as possible.

ABOUT ME

I wish I were an intellectual, but I'm not. I believe that the only way to learn is from other people, which is why I love reading everything I can have time for (magazines, blogs, newspapers, books, texts, essays). Because I recently learned about the "5 Love Languages", I have to include that here. Mine are Quality Time and Words of Affirmation. I love spending time with people I know and love, as well as with people I want to get to know. I like to let people know what I am thinking, but I am rarely in danger of being called tactless. Living in Heidelberg has given me the opportunity to live in a different culture and have new experiences.

I am a Sociology and History double major at my university, which I absolutely enjoy. One of my favourite things to do is to people watch on a busy street ~ for me, sociology is the closest thing to it in the academic world.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that we are on this earth to make the most of every moment. Whether it is serving others or enjoying living, there is nothing better than to "slow down, and make the morning last".
