I work a lot from September to June, with summer as mellow as I can make it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Primarily I will be a host, as traveling is infrequent for me. Will want to be a guest again in some home in a far way land again though.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A friend of mine in Olympia, WA told me about Couch Surfing some years ago. I met some great people at his home, and heard wonderful stories.
I stayed with two different hosts in Spain.
One summer I hosted a couple from France, two other friends from France, two women from China and two German women. It was all quite fun.

Interests

Yoga, meditation, eating well, being healthy, travel, reading, cycling...tend towards the active life.

Camping in Africa when I was 20, driving through Morocco at age 7...

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach, learn share...I will think on this. I would say I share and show kindness and generosity. I share knowledge about mental health, nutrition and well being.
