Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me traveling is not sight seeing. Its a meaningful experience through which we encounter diverse peoples, cultures, ideas, and obviously food. Through couch surfing I intend to maximise such positive encounters for myself and for others whom I intend to host. I come from a small remote village in the heart of Karakorum and Himalayas mountain ranges. A place with its own distinct culture and worldview. I am as willing to share as much as I am curious to know about world cultures.

Interests

I take great pleasure and feel of life at best when I am climbing, cycling or exploring different foods and cultures. My professional and academic interests lie in the field of development in general and philosophy of Education in particular. I love teaching and learning.
