ABOUT ME

Hi there! I'm a lovely Swiss girl who just finished med school and is now going on to get a PhD (because yes, one doctoral degree just wasn't enough lol). I'm very curious about people in general and very open to new ideas and fun adventure. I also love to laugh! My English is not quite perfect yet but I'm working on it! In the meantime, please bear with me and my accent :). Also, like probably every other person on this site, I absolutely love travelling especially when it takes me off the beaten track which is why I think that CS is pretty genius!

PHILOSOPHY

I don't know what this question is asking exactly but I believe in spirituality and meditation. I'm still looking for myself to a certain extent but I've made huge progress on that front and I'm pretty happy with that. As for what meaning I give to my life... Haha I have to think this one through and get back to you lol.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far, I have only been on the surfing side of things. I've had great experiences with very hospitable people who really wanted to make sure that I had a good CS experience and for that I'm very grateful. However, I haven't had a steady home long enough in the past 2 years to be able to host but hopefully I'll be able to do so soon enough!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed couches in Malaysia only thus far, and it genuinely changed my way of seeing what travelling is and what it can be. The whole concept is so amazing, I really wish that I had heard about it earlier!

Interests

I like to eat different foods (especially unusual local ones!) and I like to cook. I also enjoy going out for a few drinks and dancing. As I mentioned previously, I really do love travelling and usually the second I get back home from a trip is usually the same moment where I start planning the next one :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There are just too many to list here! I've seen some amazing sunsets and sunrises, I've seen babies be born, I've participated in some pretty crazy operations... There are so many things that could go into this box!!

I can share about health and wellbeing. I can also cook quite well. Hmmm... I might have to get back to you on this too!
