ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in La Plata, the capital of Buenos Aires province, known for the peculiar way of it`s desing (diagonal streets are every foreing nightmare!). My adolescence was filled with lots of activities; I used to take several dancing and piano lessons, as well as hang out (a lot!) with my highschool friends. Also, I went to an Italian school, from kindergarden to college, so my life was of course, full of italian people (teachers or exchange students, wich was OWESOME). Then, I decided to study Biotechnology and moved to Quilmes, a started a new life by myself! (actually, first I lived in a student dorm, sooo funny!). College was the most amazing time of my life! got to meet lots of awesome people and found the most amazing friends I could have ever imagined. So many memories of late nights of study, filled with mate and laughter.
In 2013 I finished my master in science and this year I started my PhD in food technology. Also, this year is a major year, not only because of my new "job", but also because I moved to Buenos Aires City, wich I'm ABSOLUTELY in love with. So now I`m living in Almagro, a great neighborhood in the heart of the city with my lovely and special cat, Cleo.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I met (my now close friend) Johana at one of my friend's house, while she was couchsurfing in Buenos Aires a year ago. She told me all about her amazing couchsurfing experience, she was hosting people and she encouraged me to do it! So now I'm very excited to have my own experience! :)

Intereses

Almost 3 years ago I started to play the cello, and fell completely in love with it. I found the most loving teacher and an amazing orquestra group. They are one of the most inspiring and beautiful things I'm greatful to have in my life. I also play de ukelele, thanks to my first couchsurfing friend Johana from Bariloche (Lovely person. If you`re thinking going there, you should definitely contact her!!).

I really love music, science-fiction books, arts, science and of course, TRAVEL!

Also a couple or years ago I started surfing and longboarding! I've met a bunch of cool people who really enjoy doing it. I've found in surfing one of the most exciting yet relaxing activities I've ever tried. Really looking foward for surfing season to come again :)

Música, películas y libros

I love music. And one of the things I enjoy most in the world is going to concerts.

Love movies also, and really enjoy watching foreing and independent movies.

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I would love to improve my english! also to learn other languages. I can teach spanish, and a little of cello and uke lessons. :)
