Anything except very serious classical music and opera. In general, upbeat things that we can dance (badly) to. Movies which made you think and reflect. We enjoy almost anything which is unpredictable (so not chick flicks because I swear they're all exactly the same). When it comes to books Iain is a much better reader than I am. He reads about everything... from Genghis Khan to Resident Evil to Articles about linguistics. As for me, I'd say historical fiction is my favorite genre.
