One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

nothing comes to my mind atm that's worth mentioning apart from this one thing.

i always complained about the way i looked, because i was overweight, always.
one day i quit all the bad habits i had. changed my life totally.
i look like a different person now but what matters more is that my mind changed even more. and because of sport, i found something i was looking for.
running helps me to forget about problems. sport is the best medicine.
