About Me

I have recently developed a case of wanderlust. I have a deep interest in traveling to new places, trying new food, and surrounding myself with unfamiliar scenery. My favorite travel spots are Australia, Washington state, and anywhere on the east coast. I'm an avid cat lover. If I ran away you'd most likely find me hiding out somewhere in the forest under the stars. I have a passion for fine wine and rich foods. My curiosity has taken over and now I'm about to give in and explore new settings. I just want to travel the world and see something I've never seen before. I'm currently employed at a small family owned mom and pop pet store. I sew and paint on the side, anything artsy I'm there!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I don't make a lot of money and my sister has had nothing but good things to say about couchsurfing, and I like to have encounters with new people. What better way to get to know an area than through the locals?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've done a lot of amazing things. I mostly do nice things for other people, but I never forget to treat myself every now and then. An amazing thing I've done is travel through Australia. I had many amazing experiences and got to see beauty I thought I'd never see. I had incredible encounters with great people (animals too) as we shared our backgrounds and cultures with each other. I loved seeing how we were so different yet so similar. The connection with somebody else born in such a different world was truly amazing.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm friendly, very generous. I'm respectful and funny, once you get to know me I bet I can make you laugh. I respect your time and don't expect to be entertained by you or have ridiculous expectations of you, I want you to be comfortable. I love children and animals with all my heart so if you have a cat or dog I'd be very excited to meet them:)
