My long awaited backpacking trip through Europe has brought me to Couchsurfing. For 2.5 months I will find my way from Oslo, Norway, to Budapest, Hungary, and finally to Dublin, Ireland. My lovely friend and classmate, Tessa Brusvan, will be my trusty travel companion. We hope that Couchsurfing will provide a more genuine experience and enable us to make meaningful connections with the countries and their people.

Being a Wildland Firefighter is one of the most amazing things I have done, and I get the joy of doing it every summer. I love the excitement, as well as the chance to travel, camp in the woods, and meet lots of wonderful people.
