I'm a music teacher and believe in the power of music to heal wounds of war and strengthen communities.

I would describe myself as open-minded, in the beginning I can be a bit introvert but can be very open when I feel comfortable, I love discussions and conversations. Friends who know me longer would probably say that I can be a bit stubborn. Meet me and you'll know more than I can tell you.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I think that connecting and sharing (spiritual and material) are the most important qualities to be happy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Working with Musicians without Borders and Sounds of Palestine. The most amazing workshop we facilitate was at a girls school on 'the day of the child'. We went to a school in the south of Palestine in one of the rural area's where they usually can't afford a lot of fun activities for the children. Outside on their playground we gave a music workshop to the whole school which meant 555! girls at the same time moving to music, singing and laughing. 555 smiling faces where looking full of excitement at me and the team. I even felt more excited, I think this was the happiest moment in my life.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook you (vegetarian) dinner or even better, cook dinner together, baking a cake, having good conversations, jamming, going on hikes.. whatever we feel like.
