Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Traveling means much more than seeing places you never been before. For me, it is also about the people you met during that time, local or traveler. Sharing experiences, time, thoughts, a drink or your home is priceless and I appreciate the mentality of the people using this platform.

Interests

I love doing sports and am also a big music fan! In my freetime I play (Beach-)Volleyball, go climbing, swimming and really like hiking. Beside this I am also playing the harp, one of the reasons why I am in love with the Irish 💚 In 2015 I started with photography to be more focused on things that happen around me and to discover the world from a more detailed perspective (or at least Europe :D). Moreover, baking is one of my little passions and I recently explore the vegan kitchen :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In Summer '17 I started with volunteering. It began with the Beachvolleyball Worldchampionships in Vienna and I continued at the Sziget Festival in Hungary, ending up in Hamburg at the Beach Major Finals. On the last one I did decide spontaneously during my time in Budapest :D It was and still is a great experience. You get in touch with so many different great people so easily. More to come, I would love to take part in the Olympic Games in Tokyo 2020!

I am really interested in languages and would love to learn some new words, phrases in a new language :)

I can teach you some (Beach-) Volleyball 🏐 and show you around if I have some time. Let's share experiences, drinks, food and/or some time together!
