Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To better learn a culture, the best is to live, mingle and communicate with the locals. What better way is there than to couchsurf?!

Interests

I'm extremely into the artsy kind of stuff. Art includes the visual arts, literary arts and performing arts. This makes me a fan of art exhibitions, museums, literature and music.
I adore classical music and was part of a choir (not that I can reach those Soprano notes anymore). I still sing pop and R&B genres, so if you jam, we can try that too.

I am also interested in activities that are injected with adrenaline. I would like to test my limits. I also put my arms in the air and laugh during a roller-coaster ride.

Food is also one of my interests and I am pretty open-minded to try every kind of cuisine in the world. Because, why not!

I'm down for any new activity because we are travelling not just for leisure but also to learn new cultures, experience new environments and grow into the better person we all ought to be.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music too much to describe in words. I am still learning how to appreciate metal and beyond kind of music though.

Because I am into the literary arts, I love reading. Especially fantasy fiction. I have problem staying awake while reading historical types of novels and biographies. I am guilty of indulging in teenfics lately.

Like literature, I have problem staying awake during historical and biographical types of movies. Of recent, I realised that Gravity and Interstellar are movies that I have problem staying awake too. I love action, thriller and those movies that requires some tickling of the brain. I am always curious about horror movies but can't bring myself to watch it alone. Surprisingly, I can digest gore movies.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to speak English or Mandarin if you know the other.

I may not know much, but I suppose I can discuss Consumer Behaviour and Sales techniques if you are interested.

I learn pretty well if you are keen to teach me! I am looking to learn more languages too!

Also, if my previous job as a singer interests you, we can share our different experiences with each other!

I'm neat and clean up after myself like how a good child should. I'm also independent but would appreciate advice on your country and of course some company if you have the time.
