Hi! I'm a neuroscience & physiology and psychology major at UC San Diego! I've only just joined this site, so please forgive the lack of references! :( I'd be more than happy to video chat or whatever you need to feel secure about my real-ness.
A little bit about me: I love animals (cats, dogs, chickens, goats, horses, etc), love to bake, and am pretty good at cooking Italian food passed down to me by my mother. :) I'm also a figure skater and an aspiring sports therapist, with a recently kindled interest in the neuro side of alternative medicine and nutrition. I very much love being active! That means hiking, swimming, and even some stranger things such as ariel silks! And of course skating :)
I don't travel much, but when I do, I love to meet new people, because I think that's the best way to see the most authentic version of where you are staying.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Looking for friends and accommodation on my intermittent travels. Not yet accepting guests as my apartment is very small! And I have 4 roommates. Perhaps in the future when I graduate and move to a bigger place, I might be able to host :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all kinds of music, but at the moment I am particularly enjoying Cat Empire, Caravan Palace, Beats Antique, Frank Sinatra, Noname gypsy, The Kooks, Black Keys, Artic Monkeys, and so on. Favorite movies are Pans Labyrinth and Psycho (love horror!). Books... there is no way I could pick a favorite.
