About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To laugh as much as possible, forget everything else when on adventures with people I love, and make make make everything

ABOUT ME

Generous, witty, and creative are the things my friends would say, I think! (in a survey, totally a non legit one).
I love traveling to places where I can experience life at a local pace, spend time on a porch in the morning with a coffee and watch the stars at night with a bottle of wine and friends. I like reading guidebooks and then leaving them at home.

PHILOSOPHY

There is nothing more important than kindness and generosity. To yourself and others. I try to live my life in a way that is tolerant and gentle.
But I can be terribly snarky too :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've got a couch that is occasionally available, but I have a somewhat unpredictable work schedule, so it really depends on the timing!

If you do stay, I've got a nice porch to share drinks and conversation, and I can give some good recommendations about the Providence area. I'm also willing to pick you up at the train station or bus.

Interests

I work in theatre, making things with my hands and getting paid to do arts and crafts! I like container gardening, DIY projects, and antique hunting.

Mumford and Sons, Ben Sollee, Ben Folds, Feist, Ingrid Michaelson, Gary Clark Jr., Of Monsters and Men, Avett Brothers

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent a week in the south of France with my two siblings and we were all awestruck by the Pont-de-Gard, a Roman aquaduct. We spent an amazing day lounging in the river below.
On the same trip, we stumbled upon a music festival in Nîmes and ended up starting a dance party and finished by dancing on an ancient Roman temple above the crowd in the square below. Good, clean, hilarious fun.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can upholster furniture somewhat well (some items better than others!), I'm a good container vegetable gardener
