ABOUT ME

Hi everyone! I come from Chengdu, China. I like reading, especially sociology, psychology and forensic science. I like to learn different languages and cultures. I am always curious about anything and enthusiastic to learn everything~

Welcome to my hometown, Chengdu, a leisure city, famous for panda and spicy food. I have no available couch at home currently, but I would like to show tourists around my city if I have time.
now I work and live in Hong Kong.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couchsurfing experience was when I first time came to Lund, Sweden for master study. I reached three days before I could get the key of my apartment from the university. A nice local hosted me and she really helped me a lot.
My second couchsurfing experience was when I went to Umeå for an Investigative Journalism Conference. A lovely PhD in Umeå University hosted my friend and me. We cooked, discussed and had fun together.
Then I visited many countries throughout Europe and met many nice local people. What a wonderful experience and memory!
Also, I met up with some tourists visiting my hometown. I live in city center, so I usually show them around or have drinks or dinner together.

I can speak Mandarin and I learnt Cantonese by myself when very young. Now I'm learning French by myself. I would like to do language exchange, and I would like to show u around my city, Chengdu~
from Sep of 2016, I study in Hong Kong for one year. recently, I wanna pick up some basic Japanese. if someone interested, we can do language exchange in HK, cheers!
updated in August of 2017: I finished my study in HK, and begin to stay and work here. wanna find someone do language exchange with me on a regular basis: my Mandarin for your French!
updated in June of 2019: will begin my MPhil study of cognitive psychology from August, 2019 in Hong Kong.
