About Me
ABOUT ME
I am a young, adventurous outdoorsy type of girl, who wants to travel the world and meet new people. I will be travelling with my Fiance, Stephen who is originally from England and now resides in Canada with me. We are both sociable, we love to meet new people and cannot wait to experience an array of new cultures. I have always dreamed on going on a big trip after finishing my degree. So after some saving, we are going to take the plunge!
We are a young couple travelling to Europe and Asia in 2015! We fly out in May and have until December in Europe, where we are looking to travel to as many places, and help, learn from and meet as many people as we can. Once we have finished in Europe we will be continuing down through Southeast Asia and up to China and Mongolia.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
We are taking a year out of real life to travel around Europe and Asia in 2015/2016. We have heard from many friends that this is an amazing and affordable way to meet a lot of people.
Interests
I love to snowboard, play sports, work out, tube down rivers, try new things and enjoy the outdoors and the ocean. We love to talk about the trip that we are planning, by finding out where people have travelled and where we should go. Steve loves all those things and more... a good roast dinner, football, rugby, history and a hot cuppa.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I lived in New Zealand for a year after I finished school. There, I was able to get a lot of fairly thrill seeking activities under my belt. These include skydiving, white water rafting, kayaking trips, dark water rafting, and the most fun 30 seconds of my life: zorbing!
What I Can Share with Hosts
We have many outrageous adventure stories, where something almost always goes wrong! They are terrifying at the time, but are a good laugh when we tell it later. These usually involve some sort of kayak or camping trip. We don't have great luck when it comes to them, but we always have a blast.
We also like to cook, so we can share recipes and or make you a meal.
