Hi! My name is Nathalie. I'm 18 and I'm from Ukraine.
Currently, I am a student at Kyiv National University of Taras Shevchenko, where I study English language and literature and French. For me, it's actually a pleasure to learn other languages and cultures, and that's why I've been learning German for two years, too. When I decided to come to the Netherlands, I added Dutch to my learning list as well.
I've also taken a great interest in running and the main reason to come to Amsterdam is to run my first half-marathon. It's a part of Amsterdam TCS Marathon, sponsored by Mizuno, which will take place on October, 21st. Another great passion of mine is music. I play the piano and the guitar and I just love to sing!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is an excellent opportunity to discover people and their culture, a chance to see the city through the eyes of the people who love it, communicate with them and share my experience, learn something new from the way a person perceives the world and make my trip more memorable.
