I am a creative person who likes to get in touch with other people . Every encounter is an enrichment and leads to new things. Be an inspiration of each other and share what ever you have to share.

兴趣

I learn every day to take care of myself and of others. Yoga, cooking, swimming and interesting conversations are like a deep relaxing meditation for me. I'm not running for adventures, but I try to stay in the moment and enjoy it. I will try to stay in Asia after I sold my stuff in Germany.

I love to cook, share my yoga skills and meditation as well. I do a daily practice and everybody is welcome to join.

I can teach yoga and meditation and practice prana healing.

I follow the yoga philosophy and a healthy lifestyle, so there won’t be any meat, drugs or alcohol at my place, so please don’t bring. But I’m open to share what I have.
