Overview
About Me
Hi! I'm Natasha and I'm a 20 year old student from the North of England. I'm currently studying French and English at University in Liverpool. I love travelling, eating, learning new languages and seeing new places. I'm very chatty and outgoing person and I love making new friends. I'm very clean and polite and I'm very easy to get along with. I'm always ready to try new things and there is nothing I love more than getting to know new people and places. I'm ready for a good time! I speak French to a very high level but it isn't perfect and I also speak and understand German.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As a student it can be difficult to fund my travels but I don't think money should stop us from seeing the world. As a linguist I need to see new places to be happy! I think it is so important to make new friends and have new experiences all the time and Couchsurfing is a great way to meet new people and gain a new perspective.

Music, Movies, and Books
My taste in music is so so varied. I have always enjoyed live music. Here is a list of some acts I have seen live:
Lana Del Rey
Red Hot Chili Peppers
Florence and the Machine
Wolf Alice
Lorde
First Aid Kit
Dan Croll
Stereophonics
Muse
Lucy Rose
Gabrielle Aplin
Mo
Superorganism
Fickle Friends
Rae Morris
Frank Ocean
and others!
I like indie, alternative, electornica, rock, rap, pop and everything in between!
My favorite books are Lolita by Vladimir Nabokov, Life after Life by Kate Atkinson and The Vegetarian by Han King. I love Shakespeare and Blake too.
I like lots of different movies from comedy to action. Some of my faves are American Beauty, Silver Linings Playbook and Love Rosie but I like to watch new things!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
It is difficult to write about yourself in such a way. One thing I've done that I'm proud of is the volunteering I've done with RVS (Royal voluntary service). It is a charity which helps the elderly who are lonely and who need help. I have volunteered for the past few years on Christmas Day: a day which I would usually spend with my family.
