Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am new on CS, but I heard so many great stories from friends who have been part of this amazing community.
CS is synonymous of travelling, making new friends, getting to know where local people hang around (i.e. not only those places recommended by Lonely Planet).. feeling at ease and at home even if you are miles away from home.
